About Tim Ayler

Tim is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in accounting and consulting. His industry experience has included contractors, manufacturing, distribution, professional service, real estate and non-profit, among others.

Tim has extensive experience assisting companies gain favorable bank financing and relationships. He has assisted with purchasing companies, writing business plans, creating budgets and adjust pricing, as well as guiding businesses with strategic planning and succession planning. Tim has experience with profit improvement, break-even analysis and assisting companies improve net worth. He has extensive experience with 401(k) plans and he has also supervised accountants and assisted with process and procedural improvement within an accounting department.

Prior to joining B2B CFO®, Tim was a partner at Greenwalt CPAs, where he started his career after graduating from Franklin College where he majored in accounting and minored in business. During his time at Greenwalt CPAs, Tim sat on multiple boards, was a member of multiple associations and mentored several employees. Tim performed audits, reviews and compilations, as well as corporate and individual tax returns. In addition, he performed many consulting services for clients from $1 million to $250 million.

Tim and his wife Carol live in Plainfield, Indiana where they have raised their two boys, Alex and Eric. Alex attended Anderson University for 2 years studying accounting and playing baseball and has now transferred to IUPUI to complete his accounting degree. Eric will graduate from Avon High School in May 2020 and plans to attend Indiana University Bloomington and study business. Tim spent 15 years coaching youth recreation, all-star and travel baseball and basketball.
