David is a skilled executive with 25 years of senior financial and operations experience. He is committed to serve each business owner as a trusted business partner. David's passion is to help business leadership teams manage risk, improve financial and operational performance, and sustain results driving profitable growth and maximizing return on investment. In addition to the typical financial leadership skills, David's hands-on experience in supply chain management, operations management, customer / supplier contract negotiations, and price and margin management provides a wealth of experience to draw upon.

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he provides progressive financial and operational leadership expertise acquired from public, private and private equity entities in various industries including infrastructure, beverage and power transmission components. Areas of expertise include; strategy development and execution, financial reporting and analysis, treasury, banking, pension investment and administration, IT management, cost accounting, internal control, compliance and M&A.

Prior to joining B2B CFO® David was Vice President and CFO of a global pump manufacturing company. He has extensive experience in a wide range of operational and financial management positions. David has leadership experience in both small and medium sized companies holding board positions, project leader roles, and steering committee chair positions. His financial skills are developed from the bottom up starting as an accounting clerk whiling earning an accounting degree, moving from staff to leadership roles up to CFO. Positions held were:

David and his wife Debbie live in Greenwood Indiana. They have four children and three grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy various family traditions, traveling, sporting events, band music, and church activities.
